Transport information:

The order will be delivered in two stages

  1. Order processing time: the time required for us to prepare the order for shipment. In some cases, this involves confirmation of inventory and inspection of product quality.
  1. Delivery time: the time required to receive the order after the order is shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and delivery method.

* These are estimates based on the delivery time of most orders. The actual processing and transportation time may be shorter or longer, depending on the customs clearance speed and local delivery speed. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Please note that shipping time does not include a warehouse processing period of 3-8 business days after we receive your payment. 
  • Please expect a delay in deliveries due to the parcel volume spike during peak seasons, customs-related issues, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays and inaccurate shipping information. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.
  • Each country has its own customs policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
  • LOST PACKAGES

    In the unlikely event that your tracking number indicates that the package is already delivered, but you do not receive your package, please check the following before contacting us.

    • Your shipping address entered when placing the order – you may have entered a wrong address (i.e. different digit in the street number, street name, etc.). If this is the case, there are 2 possible scenarios:
      • The “wrong” address does not exist, so your package was returned to us. In this case, as a courtesy, we will reship your package to your correct address for free of charge.
      • The “wrong” address exists, and USPS made the delivery. We recommend checking on the “wrong” address and see if the “wrong” recipient has received your package. Since the package is marked as delivered, either USPS or we cannot retrieve it. The “wrong” recipient can refuse the package and has it returned to the sender (our vendors). However, we cannot guarantee that they will do this. We will not reship a new package if you placed an order with the wrong address. 
    • Your surrounding and neighbors – please check the surrounding of your house if the package was marked as delivered to front porch. Please also check with your neighbors and your neighborhood group in case it was delivered to the wrong adjacent house.

    Please note that an order cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Double check your address is entered correctly when you place your order, we cannot make changes or updates. If packages are shipped to address on your order we do not provide replacements or refunds.  All coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Limited time offers can only be used on orders placed within the offer's specified time period.

    AUGUST + WILLOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES // If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery. So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number/contact number/consignee's name.
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.
